But the core is always the same; creating art out of the memories of lovers. Be it a short session at one point on your Iceland road trip, an epic elopement adventure on a glacier or a big festival of love with all your friends and family at a fancy hotel tucked away in the wilderness.

Yes, a big part of our service and value is sharing with you our local expertise and knowledge. After taking part in hundreds of weddings, elopements and photoshoots all around this island we have picked up a thing or two on how to craft a good plan in a place as unpredictable as Iceland. We have a no bullshit approach to this, promising full honesty and to not sugarcoat things for the sake of convenience.

Your dog is adorable, can he come to our shoot?

Can you photoshop us?

Our approach to editing is like our approach to shooting. We like to keep things natural, free flowing and honest. Most of our editing deals with color corrections, exposure and enhancing a mood or a feeling in the image. We may take out temporary blemishes in close ups but you are not getting any extreme make overs from us. If there is anything you are insecure about let us know before the shoot and we will try to be extra aware during the shoot so we don’t have to fix it in post.

What if there is bad weather?

We encourage our couples to embrace what ever weather Iceland throws at them during our time together. It’s one of the biggest factors when it comes to the mood of the images we deliver. Bad weather doesn’t mean bad photos. All the elements bring with them characteristics that can enhance and elevate your experience and the images. Having said all that, if the forecast predicts weather that means we are going to have a shitty time or can even be life threatening (yes that happens, especially during the winter months) we can usually reschedule to a consecutive day.
