We have been traveling this island for a lifetime and guiding and photographing lovers around it for a decade. Our knowledge of the land and locations is at wizard level and we have honed our senses to the flow of the weather and the seasons.
The skillset we bring to the table is obviously a clear artistic vision and mastery of our craft in seeing with light but we also happen to have a certificate in mountain guiding, meaning we can lead wanderers safely through rough terrains with respect to the ecosystem and dish out knowledge on the history and traditions of these ancient lands. Turning this into not only a beautiful creative endeavour but also a private tour with your new local friends.
Our “Quiet Directing” also makes our couples feel at ease during our shoots, feeling safe to drop all their guards and masks and let their true character and personality shine through. Creating images that look effortlessly natural but also makes the whole process less of a daunting task and more of a fun challenge to tackle and come out stronger, braver and more self-assured on the other side of it.
How Our Couple Shoots Work
This is a collaboration and we become a team from the minute you send us an inquiry. First we’ll find a date that works with your travel itinerary and our shooting schedule. Then we are on to the good stuff where we merge our visions and brainstorm ideas, mood, feel, locations and timing. Here you can take full advantage of all the knowledge we have accumulated over the years and we make a bullet proof but highly flexible plan to get the most out of our time together.
On the day of the shoot we will meet up in the wild, become best friends for a couple of hours and run around like crazy in beautiful nature and intense weather, creating beautiful core memories and meaningful art out of the chaos. This will be a raw, wild and organic experience and there is no way of knowing where the road or the inspiration will take us but no matter where we end up, it will be glorious!
After the shoot, we carefully curate and edit the best photographs, imbuing them with more character & feeling, while keeping them authentic & honest. You will receive a gallery of beautifully edited images that tell your story, ready to be cherished for a lifetime and shared with friends and family instantly.
